Seeking to provide an icon amidst the most prominent institutions of government in the United States, this graduate thesis gave presence to a singular aim - to provide the youth of America a platform by which to discover, question, and negotiate their own roles as the citizens, activists, and future leaders of the nation.  Covering nearly 700,000 square feet of site, the program included both classroom, recreation, and assembly spaces, as well as a required balance of multi-family housing.
